Make a Change in the Community

Contribute your skills to better the health of the Jefferson County community

Physicians now have the opportunity to coordinate their charity care through one resource – Jefferson County Project Access. Specialists participating in Project Access can focus on providing their expertise knowing that they are caring for genuine charity patients who have been carefully screened and that other health care concerns are being addressed by the patient’s primary care physician. Additionally, Project Access staff provide care navigation services, reminding patients to keep appointments, undergo necessary tests and adhere to recommended treatment plans.
